Sound Barriers

If you are looking for an effective sound barrier for your meeting booth or pod, we have a few products which may suit your requirements.  Manufactured in the UK to EuroCLASS B-s2-d0 our barrier mat is poles apart from a technical outlook. Capable of -40 degrees C and stable to +60 degrees C, whilst being flexinble, it is suitable for a range of applications. 

With an astounding 27db drop in noise level our DeciLAM and DeadenerVB5 products will offer you lasting noise barrier performance throughout your products lifespan. 

Introducing DeciLAM (Acoustic Sound Barrier With Self Adhesive) 

At only 3mm thick this product out performs most on the market place and is even comparable acoustically to lead.  If you are looking for a sound proof booth insulation noise barrier product, look no further!  Developed for both building and automotive manufacturers this 5Kg/m2 acoustic sound barrier will block out the noise transfer in any booth, whilst it is flexible to follow the contours of your sleek design. 

Available in widths to 1.2m wide and lengths to 6m this product is effectively a noise barrier which can be encompassed within any pod design. 

Sound Absorption 

Well, sound absorption layers, there are many products available on the market, few however are tested to FMVSS302 (automotive flammability specification), do not leach fibres and compatible with other covering layers. Yes our products can be bonded to other products to make a one piece acoustic facing material.  Either this can be done in house, or we can use our contract laminator to manufacture a bespoke layered product which you fit into place within your acoustically sound booth! SIFELT - Available in volume to customer parameters, however comes in both 20mm and 30mm thick layers which can be bonded together to provide the optimum thickness for performance. 

Developed for the automotive market, SIFELT has been fitted to premium vehicles for many years offering high acoustic performance for its weight and thickness without any itchiness which is achieved by using other alternative sound insulation products. 

Here at Insulation Supplier, we care about our customers and the end uses for products, we use a combination of virgin and recycled polymers in our SIFELT product, providing you with recyclability and a premium end product. 

SIFELT is grey in colour offering a premium finish in most applications and is great around the vocal frequency band in thicknesses of 30mm+.  The thicker the material applied the higher percentage of noise can be absorbed by the product.  As stated above if your booth you are looking to insulate requires a 60mm product to be fitted, two 30mm products can be bonded together.
